Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If the purchase fails to meet your expectations, we're happy to help.
You can return the products within 30 days of when you originally purchased the product. You can exchange this for another product or request a refund.
In order to process a return, please ensure that the product is not used or damaged and was purchased in the last 30 days. You must also have the original receipt to prove your purchase of that product.
Products that fail to meet the aforementioned criteria are not eligible for return.
Please email us at email@example.com with your receipt, and a note specifying if you want an exchange of the product or refund. We will provide you with the address to return the item. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items. Refunds are only offered on regular priced items.
